 | Warranty Information | All products are guaranteed for a period of one year from purchase date by the manufacturer (Excludes consumable items, ie. Faders, lamps, fuses etc.) The majority of servicing is carried out on site by our engineer.
3 Year Super Cover* is available on most products
with the following benefits:-
Unlimited repairs during the warranty period
Free loan product whilst your item is being repaired
If no warranty claims have been made during the 3 year period, simply return your certificate for a full refund on the warranty charge.
By default, items placed in your shopping basket do not have Super Cover selected. If you wish to take advantage of the cover,simply select the option in your shopping basket and update before proceeding to the checkout page.
Terms*
Warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse. Faders and other consumable items are not covered. A full refund of the warranty charge will only be given if the unused certificate is returned within 30 days of its expiry. Loan products are only available where faulty items are returned to our showroom in person and subject to our hire conditions.
