All of our products are covered by a 1-year manufacturers warranty. We also offer our 3-year DJ Superstore Supercover warranty on certain items, this gives you the chance to extend the usual 1-year manufacturers warranty by an additional 2-years.

There are a range of benefits designed to give the mobile DJ peace of mind and support over and above the cover given by the standard manufacturers warranty terms.

The Supercover warranty offers the following benefits.

Unlimited repairs during the life of the 3-year cover period for manufacturing defects, and 50% discount on non-wear and tear or accidental damage repairs.

Free loan item whilst customers unit is in for repair (In-store customers only/subject to our usual hire terms & conditions).

Free collection and return carriage for warranty & non-warranty repairs. This would usually cost around £10-15 each way.

Refund of Supercover costs if no faults have occured in the 3-year cover period, just return your certificate within 30-days of expiry for a full refund.

We also offer a 50% discount on all spare parts for customers who purchase our Supercover extended warranty. There is a table of examples listed below. Spare parts are classified as items that are usually replaced due to wear and tear such as styli, faders and crossfader, lamps etc and are limited only to spare parts being purchased for the items that are covered by the extended warranty.

The extended warranty is only available on serviceable electronic items such as turntables, mixers, amplifiers, effects units, active speakers, DJ lighting etc. It does not cover passive speakers, flight cases, bags, computer software, cables, cartridges & styli etc. It only covers faults caused by manufacturing defects and does not cover wear and tear/accidental damage etc.

We will repair/replace any faulty item covered by the Supercover extended warranty at our discretion. If a unit cannot be repaired then it will be replaced with an identical item, in the case of an item no longer being available then we will replace with the nearest available item at the time.

How to work out Supercover costs.

The cost of our Supercover extended warranty is usually 10% of the full purchase price of any given item, with the exception of Technics, Vestax, Numark TTX Turntables which are £20 each and all Pioneer CDJ decks which are £40 each.

You have 30-days from the date of purchase in which to take out the Supercover extended warranty. It can be purchased at the point of sale either in store or on our website at the checkout page. You will be given a Supercover certificate which must be retained and returned to us with any items that require warranty repair, and returned to us within 30-days of expiry if you have not used the warranty and want a full refund of the cover costs paid.

Please note that the original certificate must be retained as any non-original copies are invalid
