Ecler Evo5 Mixer

The Evo 5 is the perfect tool for today's DJ and producers thanks to its unique combination of state of the art internal 12 channel FireWire sound, the highest digital sound quality, flexiable MIDI control and the most powerful built - in editable effects processor.

The multifunction screen had to be the most emphasized element of this new mixer and the challenge was to integrate it between the traditional faders and controls, not breaking the aesthetics of the habitual professional design of ECLER. The control knobs of the screen functions were minimized and some of them were integrated as part of the screen frame. This gave more homogeneity and with an excellent quality material, minimized the possibility of the mixer looking like a gadget or toy.
The job for the graphic design of the screen contents was especially intense. It has to be innovative but at the same time intuitive and easy to read. It had to feature a clear interaction with the screen controls and a graphic design according to the global cosmetics of the mixer.
The EVO5 professional DJ mixer is now a reality and GIUGIARO DESIGN adds to its extensive list of designed products its first professional mixer, with the hope that it becomes another success story and the beginning of a long relationship with the world of professional audio.
